Do not misuse the Service: no scraping that overloads our systems, no impersonation, no illegal activity, and no attempts to bypass rate limits or security.

Trend ranks, view estimates, and keyword panels can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee results on YouTube or any platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Scouter and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
