Content Scouter is a free browsing tool. We collect only what is needed to run the site, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
Technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps), cookie or local-storage preferences if you interact with UI options, and emails you send to support.
We use infrastructure providers (for example hosting and API backends) and may display ads or links to Humateck products. YouTube / Google APIs power public video metadata. We do not sell your personal data.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic (page views, approximate region, device type). IP anonymization is enabled where supported. Google may process data under its own policies. You can block analytics with browser extensions or settings. Essential cookies or local storage may also be used for basic UX.
Server logs are kept briefly for security and debugging, then deleted or anonymized. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request.
You can stop using the Service at any time. For privacy questions or deletion requests related to emails you sent us, contact support.
